A spooked pet monkey escaped its owner at a Spirit Halloween in Plano, Texas, on Monday, and was spotted swinging from the rafters as shoppers looked on. Police were called to the store and the owner was eventually able to entice the monkey back with a cookie, CBS News Texas reported.
