Significant flooding and hazardous travelling conditions are expected as Met Éireann issues a Status Orange rain warning for three counties tomorrow. The warning will be in effect for Dublin, Wexford and Wicklow from 2pm tomorrow until 11am on Saturday. The Taoiseach has said that Tánaiste Simon Harris will become the new Minister for Finance following Paschal Donohoe’s resignation. Helen McEntee will be the new Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade and Defence while Hildegarde Naughton will become the new Minister for Education and Youth.
