Hidden Veggie Soup🥣🥕🧅🧄🥔 Start by sautéing carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Then add potatoes and cauliflower and lastly chicken broth. Bring soup to a boil and then cook on medium for about a half hour. Transfer to a blender and blend together (or if you have an immersion blender that would work too). Pour into bowl and top with green onions and bacon. This soup is so creamy and delicious, you would think heavy cream was used. We loved this healthier alternative - let us know if you try,
