💀A dead Cummins ECM To diagnose a dead ECM on a Cummins ISX CM570, the first step is to 🔌 hook up a bench harness to the ECM. If the ECM is not ❌ communicating, then it is likely dead. You can verify this by making sure you have the battery 12V and ground as well as the Ignition 12V and that your communications cables are conected tight and are clean.
