Meat Ingredients: 5 lbs chuck roast Safflower oil 1 onion 1 garlic head halved 3 bayleaves 1 fork Cover pot with water Fork Instructions: Cut chuck roast in big chunks then sear on both sides with safflower oil on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side then add to a pot and add onion, garlic, bayleaves, fork and cover with water.
