Tumis Tauge Telur Ingredients: • 200 g bean sprouts • 1 shallot • 2 garlic cloves • red paprika/ bird’s eye chili • 2 eggs • Salt • White pepper • Chili (but I use red paprika instead) • ½ bouillon cube • 1 tsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp sugar Instructions: 1. Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside. Slice the shallots, garlic and red paprika (or chili), then set aside. 2. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper. 3. Heat some oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until cooked. Remove and set aside. 4.

My take of a french dip sandwich but it’s a smash up of a French onion soup but made with shallots and then a sirloin steak sandwich with jarlsberg cheese and a roasted garlic and Dijon mustard sourdough sandwich which I dipped in the soup. It’s epic to be fair. Best thing I’ve made in a very long time.
