Pipe problems snarl traffic on Interstate 10
KFDM and ARC's Jade Moreau captured this video of a load of pipes that spilled out of a vehicle late Wednesday afternoon and landed on Interstate 10 East in downtown Beaumont, heading toward Vidor.
